we whose names are under written being thereunto appointed have this 9: day of December in ye year 1724 Laid out to James PIERSON the Land here after mentioned it being ye 118th Lott in the 8th Divition with in the first Grant to Killingworth and lying at the southerly End of Deacon LANE's Land and on the north of Mr. BALLDWIN's Land on the west sid of the River against the middle Rop meadow begining at the southwest Corner of Deacon LANE's Land which is a Red oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence southerly fifty seven Rods and ½ to a walnut stadle marked stoans Cast about it, thence westerly forty Rods to a black oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence northerly seventy seven Rods and ½ to the first Corner Containing fourteen acres and ½ and twenty six rods as it is Bounded notherly by the Land of s'd Lane Every way Elce by Common Land,
