Wee whose names are under written being there unto appointed have this 3: day of October 1715 Layd out to James PERISON the Land hereafter mentioned it being the first Lott in the 7 divition Lying on the westerly side of the Cow hill beginning at the norwesterly corner at a white oak tree marked, measureing thenc Easterly 80 rods, to a Chestnut Stadle marked, measureing thence southerly 72 rods to a stake stoans about it measureing thence westerly 52 rods to a white oak tree marked, measureing thenc northerly: 72: rods to the first mentioned Corner containing 27 acres ½ Bounded northerly part by Ebenezar HUD and part by the Comon, Easterly part by Thomas HULL and part by David BUELL, Southerly by the Comon, westerly part by the Land of Christopher TOOLY and part by the Comon, of which: 6: acres was Gift
