We whose names are under written being there unto appointed have this ninth Day of Aprell in the year 1724: Laid out the Land here after mentioned to Hiell PARMELE it being the 10th Lott in the 8th Division within the old Bounds of the township of Killingworth and lying at a place known by the name of the orchard meadow near the northerly End of s'd meadow begining at the norwest Corner at a Chestnut tree marked stoans Cast a bout it which is a Corner of Deacon LANE's Land, measureing thence Easterly in s'd LANE's line 80 rods to a black oak stadle marked stoans Cast about it thence Southerly 45 rods to a white oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence Westerly 80 Rods at a Chestnut tree marked , thence northerly: 16 rods to the first mentioned Corner containing fourteen acres one quarter and five Rods as it is Bounded northerly by s'd LANE's Land everyway Else by Common and highwaies
