Wee whos names are underwritten being thereunto appointed have this 9th of February 1707/8 Laid out to Daniell KELCEY sn'r this Land hereafter mentioned it being the 14th Lott and lying on ye Chestnut Hill between the branches of Hamonacet River beginning at the S. Easterly corner, being a heap of Stones near a white wood tree marked Measuring thenc Northerly 97 rods and half at a ?? Walnut tree marked with D:D: and a heap of Stones cast about it thenc Westerly 112 rods at a heap of Stones on a rock of ye corner of ye ledge and a white wood tree marked standing a little Eastward thence Southerly 97 Rods & half at a heap of Stones near a Red Oak tree Marked near it thence Easterly 112 rods at ye first mentioned Corner Containing 61 acres more or less with some allowance or Aseing, and allowance for a highway two rods in breadth on the hill where more convenient as it is bounded Southelry with the Land of Robert LANE Notherly in part with the Land of Hannah BROWNE and part by Common East and Westerly by Common
