Aprell ye 7th 1724 Laid out to Stephen KELCEY Jun'r his distribution in the old Bounds it being ye 8 division and the 13 lott in s'd Division beginning at the southeast Corner at a Chestnut tree marked which is the south East Corner of his Land which he bought of Benjamin GRISWOLD thence northerd a hundred fifty four Rods to a white oak tree marked with stoans about it thence northerd twenty Rods to a white oak tree marked with stoans about it thence westerly a hundred and fifty Rods to a white oak tree marked with stoans about it trees marked about it thence southerly forty five Rods toa white oak tree marked with stoans a bout it which is His north west Corner of y'e Land that was originally Benjamin GRISWOLD's thence Eastward a hundred and two rods to a Crotched Chestnut tree with stoan in the Crotch thence southward a hundred fifty four Rods to a the first Corner Containing fifty three acres and one quarter: 29 Rods, as it lyeth Bounded southerly By the highway Northerly by Common, westerly in part by Comon and other waies by his own Land y'e afore s'd Land Lying in y'e township of Killingworth and on the Hie??
