We whose names are underwritten being thereunto appointed, have this 7th day of december 1714 Laid out to Les't Daniell KELCEY a piece of Land lying on both sides of Manunquatecet river commonly known by the name of the upper hop Meadow beginning at the southwesterly corner at 2 ? oak trees marked, trees marked about it, measuring thence Easterly 32 Rods to a Maple tree marked, Measuring thence Northerly 28 Rods to double Chestnut tree marked, Measuring thenc Westerly 24 Rods to the first mentioned corner Containing 4 Acres and a half more or less Bounded every way by the Common the above mentioned Land is in Consideration of the County Rode going across a corner of s'd KELCEY's Lott in the Quarter taking ? half an acre
