Entered March ye 13th 1719

We whose names are under written being there unto appointed to have this 6: Day of September in ye year 1718: Layd out to M'r Ebenezar HURD the Land Hereafter mentioned it being the 71 Lott in the 7th Divition Lying & being by the Indian River adjoining to his own Land begining by the highway on the Easterly side of his own Land at a black oak both mared stoans about it measureing thenc northerly 28 rods to a stake stoans about it measuring thenc westerly 68 rods and a half to a stake stones about it, measuring thenc southerly 40 rods to a peperig tree marked and then we measured from the Last mentioned stake and stoans northerly 4 rods for the cross highway to a stake and stoans about it measureing thence northerly 63 rods to a white oake maked with: E: H: then measureing north Easterly 12 rods to mush marked stoans about it, measureing thenc Easterly 46 rods to a peperige tree marked which tree is the northwesterly corner of Cp't BUELL's Land, then measureing thence southerly 13 thirteen rods to a whie oak marked which is the south westerly Corner of Sp'tt BUELL's Land, the whole for quantity 16 acres and a half be it more or Less as it Lyeth Bounded partly by the Land of John HULL and partly by the Land of Cap'tt BUELL Every way Els by his own Land and highways
