we whose names are under written being there unto appointed Rane this second day of September 1724 Laid out to Samuell GRISWOLD the Land here after mentioned it being ye 116 Lott in ye Eight Division in the first Grant to Killingworth near the place Known by the name of those boo begining at the northwesterly of a white oak tree marked stoans Cast about it standing in or near Mr. ROSSETER's line thence Eastward by ninty three Rods to a white oak tree marked which is Mr. ROSSETER's south East Corner, thence south westwardly Eighty Rods to a walnut marked stoans about it thence westwardly fifty two Rods to a Black oak stree marked S G stoans Cast about it thence northwardly Eighty Rods to the first mentioned Corner Containing thirty three acres & half & ten Rods as it is Bounded northwardly by the Land of Mr. Ebenezer ROSSETER Every wayes elce by the Common
