we whose names are under written being there unto appointed have this 8 Day of may 1724 laid out to Josiah BUELL the Land here after mentioned it being ye 44th Lott in ye 8th Division in the fifth Grant to Killingworth lying near the wolf meadow begining at a walnut tree marked standing in Cap'tt John CRANE's line measureing thence Easterly forty two rods to a dogwood stadle marked stoans Cast about it measureing thence northerly thirty six rods to a Rock oak stadle with stoans Cast about it measureing thence westerly forty nine Rods to a Rock, stoans upon it, measureing thence southerly thirty two Rods to the first mentioned Corner, containing nine acres and a half and 14 rods ½ as it is Bounded south by the Land belonging to the Estate of Cap'tt John CRANE westerly by the Land of Nathaniel PARMELE every way Else by Common Land
