We whose names are under written being thereunto appointed have this 22nd Day of December A.D: 1727 Laid out to Gideon ALLEN the Land hereafter Described it being the 103 lot in ye Ninth Division in Killingworth first Grant lying on the west side of PARKER's holly pound hill beginning at a heap of stoans measureing thence eastwardly fifty two Rods to a heap of stones thence Northerly Eighteen Rods had a quarter to a Rock oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence westerly fifty two Rods to a walnut staddle marked stoans Cast about it, thence southerly Eighteen Rods and an half to the first Corner Containing five acres three questers and thirty four Rods Bounded Northerly by Nathaniel WILLCOCKSES Land, southerly by Daniel WILLCOCKSES Land, Eastward by a highway and westward by ye Common
