Killingworth may y'e 16th 1737. Then Laid out to M'r Robert CARTER in the aboves'd Township at a place called Crambery Brook his Eleventh & twelf Division and one acre and thirty Rods of Eight Division it being all Land in one intire peace beginning at a Red oak tree marked stones about it on the East side of the River called Manunquetecit River thence northerly seventy Rods to a Beach tree marked with S C thence Northerd twenty Eight Rods to a Chestnut tree marked stones about it thence westerly thirteen Rods to a Butternut Bush marked standing in a ? place of rocks thence Southerd sixty Eight Rods to a white oak standing near the River marked with S C thence South Easterly thirty Eight Rods to the first Corner Containing ten acres and a half bounded Every way by Common Land
