We whose names are under written being thereunto appointed have this 18d Day of march AD 1738 Laid out to Hiel KELCEY the Land here after mentioned it being a part of a Right of twelveth Division originally belonging to William WELLMAN and lyeth above the bare w? Brook in y'e Township of Killingworth beginning at the southeast Corner at a heap of stones Runing thence northwesterly 42 Rods to a white oakd tree marked with stones about it that is a Corner of Joseph KELCEY twins his Land thence southerly 42 Rods to a ??ck oak Staddle marked with stones about it thence Easterly 24 Rods to the first Corner containing two acres and a half of it is Bounded northeasterly by Joseph KELCEY twins Land Every way Elce by Common Land or highway
