We whose names being there unto appointed have this third Day of april 1738 Laid out to Stephen KELCEY the Land hereafter mentioned it being his Right in the thirteenth Division In Killingworth y'e 33'd lot in s'd Division lying on the little stone hous hill adjoining to his own Land beginning at a walnut tree marked stones about it Runing Easterly thirteen Rods to a white oak tree marked which is the Corner of his own Land Runing thence northerly 64 Rods to a white oak tree marked which is another of his old bounds Runing thence 13 Rods to a white oak tree marked stones about it Runing thence southerly 64 Rods to the first mentioned Corner Containing four acres and a half and one Rod Bounded Easterly by his own Land northerly by Joseph KELCEY's Land Every way elce by Common Land by us
