Know all men by these Presents y'e we Josiah HURD & Phebe HURD John HULL Luces HULL all of Killingworth in y'e County of New London & Coloney of Conecticut in New England for a Veluable Consideration of y'e Sum of Five Hundred Pounds money to us in Hand paid before y'e Ensealing Hered? By Jedediah BUELL of y'e afore Said Town of Killingworth have Given Granted ?? ?? Quit claimed Conveyed & Confirmed unto him his Heirs and assigns forever the wole of all y'e Right title Interest Claim & Demands which we have or ought to Have in or to all y'e Lands Meadows & Rights of Land Lying within the Town of Killingworth afores'd which did formerly Belong to Maj'r David BUELL of Said Killingworth Late Dec'd and by order of court was distributed to y'e Widow as Her third part of Real Estate ? y'e whole to y'e said Jedediah BUELL to Have and to Hold y'e said Granted and Released premises with all y'e appurtenances priviledges & Comodities to y'e Same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him y'e Jedediah BUELL his Heirs and Assigns Forever Free and Clear Freely & Clearly without any manner of reclaim Challenge or Contradiction of us y'e Said Josiah HURD & Phebe HURD John HULL Luce HULL our Heirs Executors or Administrators or any other Person or Persons for us or them or in our or their name Right or sted but we our Heirs Executors Administrators & Every of us of & From all and all & every Right title Interest claim & Demand of us & to y'e s'd Granted premises Theill be utterly Excluded & forever deberred by these Presents In witness whereof we Have hereunto set our Hands & Seals this thirteenth Day of November Anno Domini one thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty &c.
