Know all men by these Presents that we John HULL and Luce HULL all of Killingworth in y'e County of New London and Coloney of Conecticut in New England For a Veleuable Consideration of y'e Sum of Two Hundred pounds money to us in Hand Received by us Before y'e Ensealing of these Presents by Jedediah BUELL of y'e afore Said Killingworth Have Given Granted Remised Released Quit Claimed and Confirmed and by these Presents do freely fully & absolutely Give Grant Remise Release Quit Claim and confirm unto him y'e said Jedediah BUELL his Heirs and assigns forever y'e whole of all y'e Right title Interest Claim and demands whatsoever whe have or ought to Have in or to all y'e Lands Meadows and Right of Lands Lying in y'e Township of Killingworth or any where else in this Coloney which did formerly belong to Maj'r David BUELL of said Killingworth?? Decs't or any part of Land which by order of Court was Set out to y'e Widow Feby BUELL Now Decs't as Her thirds in Real Estate y'e the Hole unto y'e Said Jedediah BUELL To Have and to Hold y'e Said Granted & Released premises with all y'e appurtenances priviledges and Commodities to y'e same Belonging or in any wise appertaining to Him y'e said Jedediah BUELL His Heirs and assigns forever free and Clear Freely & Clearly without any m?? of Reclucian Challeng or demand of or from us y'e Said John JULL & Luce HULL our Heirs Executors or Administrators or every other person or Persons for us or them or in our on there Name or Steed but we our Heirs Executors Administrators and Ever of us of and from all and Every Right title Interest Claim and demand of in and to y'e s'd Granted premises Shall be uterly Excluded and forever debarred by these Presents In witness whereof we have thereunto set our Hands and Seals this 29th Day of February Anno Domini 1752 and In y'e 6th year of his Majesties Reign
