Know all men by these presents that I Jonathan FRANKLEN of Killingworth in the County of Newlondon and Coloney of Conecticut in New England for a valuable Consideration to me in hand paid before the Ensealeing here of by Samuel CARTER of the Town County and Coloney afore s'd Have Given Granted Remised Released Quit Claimed and Confirmed and by these presents Do freely fully and absolutely Give Grant Remise Release Quit Claim and Confirm unto him the s'd Samuel CARTER his heirs and assigns for Ever all the Right title Interest Claime and demand which I Have or ought to Have of in and to two Certain lotts of Land to be laid out in the Township of Killingworth afore s'd (viz) the 143: lott in the 8th Division and the 3rd lot in the 9th Division in s'd Killingworth first Grant To Have and To Hold the s'd Granted and Released premises to him the s'd Samuel CARTER his heirs and assigns forever to his & their ownly proper use Benefit and behoof forever freely and Clearly with all the appurtenances privilidges and Comodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the s'd Samuel CARTER his heirs and assigns forever without any manner of Reclaim Challeng or Contradiction of me the s'd Jonathan FRANKLEN my heirs Executors Administrators or assigns and without any account Reckning or anywere there for to be Given Rendered or done in time to Come to me or to them so that neither I the sa'd Jonathan FRANKLEN my heirs Executors or Administrators nor any other person or persons for me or them nor in mine or their names Right or ?ed shall or will at any time here after have Claim, Challeng or Demand the s'd Granted premises or any part there of but my self my heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of us shall be utterly Excluded and forever debared by these presents of an from all and Every Right title Interest claim or Demand of in or to the premises or any part thereof In witness where of I the s'd Jonathan FRANKEN have here unto set my hand and seale this ninth Day of may Anno-Mon: one thousand seven hundred and twenty six and in the Twelveth year of his majesties Reign George King of Great Brittain &c
