Know all men by these presents that I Lewis CLARK of Hudson in the County of Portage & State of Ohio for divers good causes and considerations thereunto moving especially for the consideration of fourteen dollars received to my full satisfaction of Jedidiah STONE & Abel H. HINKLEY of Killingworth Middlesex County & State of Connecticut have remised released & forever quitclaimed and by these presents for myself & my heirs justly and absolutely remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said Jedidiah & Abel H. and to their heirs & assigns forever all such right and title as I the said releaor have or ought to have in or to two certain tracts of land lying in the second society of s'd Killingworth and Mortgages to Nathaniel CLARK, W'm CLARK, Lewis CLARK & others by Elisha LANE January 24th 1823 for a particular description of s'd two tracts of land aforesaid hereto s'd Mortgage deed.__

To have and to hold the premises unto them the said Releasees and their heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof of the said Releasees and their heirs and assigns forever so that neither I the said Releasor nor my heirs or any other person or persons shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof but they and every of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the 16th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty eight.
