Deed from Deborah CHALKER, Abraham CHALKER, Executors of the Estate of Abraham CHALKER to William KELSEY

Know all men by these presents that we Deborah CHALKER & Abrah'm CHALKER Executors of ye Last Will & Testament of Abrah'm CHALKER late of Saybrook in ye County of New London & Colony of Connecticut Dec'd for & in Consideration of One Hundred & Twenty five Pounds Currant money which is allready to our satisfaction paid by William KELSEY late of Killingworth now of Say Brook in ye County aforesaid according to ye Directions to us given by ye testator in his last will aforesaid have granted conveyed & confirmed & by these presents Do give grant Bargain Sell convey & confirm unto ye said Will'm KELSEY his heirs & assigns forever a certain Tract or parcel of land situated in Say Brook afores'd lying on Race Hill in Oyster River Quarter begining at a Black Oake Tree standing by a Rock marked with A.C. & I.W. thence Eastwardly Sixty Rods to a White Oake Tree marked with A.C. & I.W. thence Northwardly Eighty Rods to a White Oake tree marked with A.C. C.I. & W.K. thence Wetwardly Sixty Rods to a Walnut tree marked with G.I. still Westwardly continuing as a streight line twenty four Rods to a white oake staddle marked with A.C. & W.K. thence Southwardly & Eastwardly as s'd CHALKER's line Runs to ye first mentioned corner containing twenty eight acres more or less as it lyes bounded Southerly by Benjamin WRIGHT's land Northerly by ye land given to Isaac CHALKER by ye aboves'd Testator Eastwardly by ye Commons Westwardly in part by ye commons & in part by ye land belonging to ye heirs of W'm BARBER Deceased.

To Have & To Hold said granted premises with ye appurtainances to ye only proper use benefit & behoof of him ye s'd W'm KELSEY his heirs & assigns forever & Deborah & Abraham CHALKER, Do hereby covenant & grant to and with ye said W'm KELSEY his heirs & assigns we are well Impowered by said will to convey s'd land as aboves'd and it shall be lawfull for ye said William KELSEY his heirs & assigns to enter upon have hold use possess & forever enjoy ye same without any Incumbrance of title in ye law whatsoever & the above Demised premises we ye s'd Executors to ye s'd KELSEY his heirs & assigns against ye lawfull claims of all persons, Do hereby Covenant to Warrant secure & forever Defend,
