To all people to whom these presents shall Come Greeting Know ye that I David BUELL of Killigworth in the County of New London & Coloney of Conecticut in New England for the Consideration of y'e sum of Ten Pounds old Tenor Bills of Credit Received to my full satisfaction of Theophilus MORGAN of Gilford in New Haven County Do Give Grant Bargain sell and Confirm unto the said Theophilus MORGAN his heirs & assigns forever a Right of four acres of Land to be Laid out in the Common or undivided Land in Killingworth aofres'd to be laid out according to the proprieters act for Laying out y'e their teent Division two acres of which Land is part of Experience BALLDWINS thirteenth Division the othe two acres I purchased of y'e proprieter of y'e common Land in Killingworth aforesa'd To Have and to Hold the above Granted and Bargained premises with the appurtenances there of unto him the said Theophilus MORGAN his heirs and assigns for ever to his and their own proper use and Behoof and also I the said David BUELL Do for my self my heirs Executors and administrators covenant with the said Theophilus MORGAN his heirs and assigns that at and until the Ensealing of these presents I am sell seised of the premises ? good Indefeasible Estate in fee simple and have good Right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written and that the same is free of all Incumbrances whatsoever and furthermore I the said David BUELL Do by these presents Bind my self and my heirs forever to warrant and Defend the above granted and Bargained premises to him the said Theophilus MORGAN his heirs and assigns against all Claims and Demands whatsoever In witness there of I have hereinto set my hand and seal eth 5th Day of April in the 21st year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 2nd of Great Britain &c King Annoque Domini 1748
