Entered June ye 16th 1736

Know all men by these presents that I Joseph BUELL of Killingworth in New London County for & in Consideration of four hundred pounds Currant money to me in hand paid before the Ensealeing hereof by Samuel CARTER of Killingworth afore s'd Have given granted Remised Released quit claimed and Confirmed onto him the s'd Sam'll CARTER his heirs and assigns forever all of Right title Interest Claim and demand that I my heirs Executors or administrators now have or Ever ought to Have of in or to a certain tract of Land scituate in s'd Killingworth Lying at towner hill Containing sixty five acres which tract of Land is Contained in and more fully described by a deed of sale of the same to me under the hand and seale of s'd CARTER Dated august 21st AD 1733 To Have and To Hold the s'd granted premises to him the s'd CARTER his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only propper use benifit and behoof forever free and Clear freely and Clearly and without any Reclaim Challenge or Demand of me ye s'd Joseph BUELL my heirs Executors or administrators In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seale this 11th Day of June AD 1736
