Entered December ye 24th 1723

To all Christian People to whome these presents Shall come I Samuel BUELL jenior of the town of Killingworth In the County of Newlondon and Coloney of Conecticut yeoman send Greeting Know ye that I Samuel BUELL for and in Consideration of the Love Good will and affection which I have and Do Bare toward my Loveing son Nathaniel BUELL of the town County and Coloney afore s'd husbandman have Given and Granted and By these presents do fully and freely and Clearly and absolutly Give and Grant to the s'd Nathaniel BUELL his heirs and assigns the one half of a tract of Land which I now have Lying in the township of Killingworth lying or being on the East side of the swamp Called the bare swamp taking the swamp Caled the maple swamp th?? Contain 61 acres. that is to say the one half of the weadth at the north and south End begining on the East side half a cross both Ends together with all the Right titles interest Claimes and demands whatsoever which I now have or which any or Either of my heirs Executors Administrators or assigns may hereafter have of to or in the s'd Granted premises or any part thereof To Have and To Hold the s'd parcell of Land unto him the s'd Nathaniel BUELL his heirs and assigns forever absolutly without any manner of Consideration only a part of the portion of my Estate as I the s'd Samuell BUELL Do bind my self my heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents to warrant and defend the s'd Nathaniel BUELL in quiet and peaceable possession against the Lawfull Claimes and demands of any person or persons whatsoever and I the s'd Samuel BUELL have fully freely and absolutly and of my own accord set and put in further testimony In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this twenty fourth Day of December one thousand seven hundred and twenty three and in the ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George King of Great Britain &c
